THESE TERMS OF USE GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF CARAVANFLEET.COM AND ANY OTHER WEBSITE OWNED OR OPERATED BY CARAVAN LOGISTICS LLC THAT REFERENCES THESE TERMS, COLLECTIVELY THE “WEBSITE.”

“CARAVAN,” “WE,” “US,” AND “OUR” MEAN CARAVAN LOGISTICS LLC. “YOU” AND “YOUR” MEAN THE PERSON USING THE WEBSITE AND, WHERE APPLICABLE, THE ORGANIZATION THAT PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO REPRESENT.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE. ADDITIONAL TERMS EXPRESSLY PRESENTED FOR A PARTICULAR WEBSITE FEATURE MAY APPLY TO THAT FEATURE.

Section 1. Use

The Website is provided for lawful interactions with Caravan, including learning about our business, requesting transportation services, communicating with us, exploring employment opportunities, and using available customer, driver, or business resources.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must not:

Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, threatening, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to access information, accounts, systems, or services without authorization.
Introduce malicious software or interfere with the Website’s operation or security.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or authority.
Use automated scraping, harvesting, or extraction tools without our written permission.
Reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit Website content beyond the permissions stated in these Terms.

You may view the Website and retain copies of information reasonably needed for your legitimate dealings with Caravan, subject to applicable intellectual property rights.

Section 2. Website Registration

If account registration or restricted features are offered, you must provide accurate information and keep it current.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share credentials or permit unauthorized access.

Notify us promptly at privacy@caravanlogisticsllc.com if you suspect unauthorized account access or another Website security issue. Do not include your password in that communication.

We may restrict or disable accounts when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms.

Section 3. Changes to the Website and These Terms

We may update, replace, or remove Website content, features, and functionality. General information may become outdated and should not replace a specific written confirmation from Caravan concerning a shipment, agreement, or other transaction.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised “Last Updated” date. Revisions apply prospectively from their stated effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.

Section 4. Access and Availability

We may suspend, discontinue, or limit Website access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or other legitimate business reasons.

Website availability is not guaranteed. You are responsible for obtaining the equipment, connectivity, and software needed to access it.

Restrictions on Website access do not, by themselves, cancel or modify an existing transportation agreement, employment obligation, or other separate agreement.

Section 5. Quotes, Requests, and Transactions

Unless expressly confirmed under an applicable agreement, submitting a quote request, contact form, application, or other inquiry does not create a transportation contract, confirm equipment availability, establish a final rate, or guarantee acceptance.

Rates, transit estimates, service descriptions, and availability information depend on the shipment details and applicable terms. You are responsible for supplying accurate information, including any special handling, commodity, equipment, scheduling, or delivery requirements.

These Terms govern Website use only. Transportation services are governed by the agreements and documents applicable to the shipment and applicable law. In a conflict concerning transportation services, the applicable transportation agreement controls.

Additional terms expressly presented for a particular Website feature control that feature to the extent they conflict with these Terms.

Section 6. Ownership

Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, software, and the selection and arrangement of materials, is owned by Caravan or used under rights granted by its respective owners.

Subject to these Terms, Caravan permits you to access and use the Website for legitimate personal or business interactions with Caravan. This permission does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual property.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content.

Caravan’s name, logos, and other brand identifiers may not be used in a manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 7. Disclaimer of Warranty

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS GENERAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PURPOSE.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT ALTER WARRANTIES OR OBLIGATIONS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE AGREEMENT OR EXCLUDE PROTECTIONS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARAVAN AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND WEBSITE SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA.

THESE LIMITATIONS CONCERN WEBSITE USE. THEY DO NOT MODIFY LIABILITY GOVERNING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW OR AN APPLICABLE TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Section 9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Caravan and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful Website use, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Caravan’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

Caravan will provide reasonable notice of a claim for which it seeks indemnification. Any defense or settlement must respect the affected parties’ legal rights and may not impose an admission or obligation on Caravan without its written consent.

Section 10. Links to Other Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services, including recruiting, communication, and business resources.

Third parties control their own services and terms. A link does not, by itself, establish Caravan’s endorsement of the linked organization or its content.

Review the applicable terms and privacy notices before providing information to a third party. Caravan remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law.

Section 11. Privacy and Submissions

The Caravan Logistics LLC Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information across the Website and our business operations.

Protect your account information and avoid sending passwords, full government identification numbers, financial account credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information through general contact forms or ordinary email.

You remain the owner of materials you submit. You authorize Caravan to use those materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide the requested service, evaluate an application, or otherwise carry out the purpose of your submission, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

For voluntary suggestions about improving the Website or our services, you grant Caravan a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate those suggestions. This permission does not authorize unrelated use of shipment records, employment records, or personal information.

You must not submit material that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or contains malicious code.

Section 12. Compliance with Law

You must comply with laws applicable to your Website access and use, including applicable export controls, sanctions, and restrictions on transferring software or technical information.

These Terms do not authorize access or activity prohibited by law.

Section 13. Governing Law, Venue, Severability, and Waiver

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to mandatory legal protections and jurisdiction or venue requirements that cannot be waived, disputes concerning these Terms or Website use must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pennsylvania.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. A waiver must be in writing.

These Terms and any applicable feature-specific terms constitute the agreement concerning Website use. They do not replace separate transportation, employment, or other written agreements.
