Support overnight freight operations by monitoring active shipments, communicating updates and ensuring a clear handoff to the next shift.

Caravan Logistics is an asset-based trucking company. Our drivers and operations teams work together to keep freight moving with clear communication and accountability.

What you’ll do

Monitor shipments and appointment milestones during the night shift.
Verify shipment status with drivers and dispatch.
Communicate overnight delays and service exceptions promptly.
Follow escalation procedures for urgent operational issues.
Maintain accurate tracking records and organize shipment documentation.
Prepare complete handoff notes covering shipment status and outstanding actions.

What you’ll bring

At least two years of freight tracking, logistics coordination or updater experience.
Availability to work the assigned overnight schedule.
Strong organization, attention to detail and professional communication.
Familiarity with transportation tracking and dispatch systems.
Ability to prioritize urgent issues and follow established procedures.
