Shipment Tracking Coordinator (Updater)

Keep customers and internal teams informed through accurate shipment tracking, timely updates and consistent follow-through.

Caravan Logistics is an asset-based trucking company. Our drivers and operations teams work together to keep freight moving with clear communication and accountability.

What you’ll do

Monitor shipment progress using tracking tools and communication with drivers and dispatch.
Record pickup, transit and delivery milestones.
Provide clear status updates and verified estimated arrival times.
Escalate delays, missing updates and other shipment exceptions.
Maintain shipment records and organize pickup and delivery documentation.
Share outstanding shipment issues with the next shift to maintain continuity.

What you’ll bring

At least two years of freight tracking, logistics coordination or updater experience.
Strong attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and prioritize time-sensitive updates.
Familiarity with transportation tracking and dispatch systems.
Reliable follow-through and sound judgment when escalating shipment issues.
